The Highs and Lows: Double Cuffs..

The double-cuff "Egyptian warrior princess" (a mash up of the two comments I get the most when wearing mine) trend has been having a moment, or a month.. and I've been seeing different variations everywhere. I love wearing them over shirt cuffs, or contrasting with soft silhouettes. Double cuffs too much for you? Wear just one, with your favourite bracelets on the other wrist.

The Outnet has a HUGE clearance sale happening right now (80-85% off!!) The sale closes in almost 7 days but things are selling out fast so I would click on through! I had an Alexander Wang tote sell out right before I checked out.. ugh.

A little Marni..

I don't really do well with crowds and shoving people, even if it is in a somewhat orderly manner.. This time I decided to take my chances and try and order online. Since I'm not in London right now, I sent my Marni for H&M haul to my sister in Kent so it'll be a while until I can get my hands on them!

I managed to get almost everything I had my eye on..

.. except for my favourite piece!

Calla Lily Goodbye - YSL F/W '12

Stefano Pilati concluded his reign at Yves Saint Laurent with a beautiful collection that was definitely one of my favourites this season. The mood was dark and rich, punctuated with some whites and the maroon lips on the runway. Chain mail, rubber, metallics and sprinklings of calla lily prints and accessories all through the collection. The calla lily is one of my favourite flowers so I'm currently lusting over that neckpiece!
